This site has no accounts, no sign-up forms, and no advertising. It does not use cookies to track you. We may use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts visits without cookies or personal identifiers, so we can see which pages people read.

When you email, call, or text us

We keep what you send us so we can respond and follow through. We do not sell it, rent it, or share it with anyone outside Oak & Harbor unless you ask us to or the law requires it.

Referrals

We act on a referral only with the referred person's consent. Updates go back to the referring organization only when the person agrees, and only what they agree to share.

Groups, walks, and sessions

You never have to share anything in a group, on a walk, or in a session. What is said there stays there, with the exceptions every non-clinical program has: if someone is in immediate danger, we act to keep them safe. We do not publish photos of participants without written permission.

Recovery residence programs

Attendance and recovery capital records are shared with the operator in summary form, as described in the program agreement. Individual responses are not sold or shared beyond that agreement.
